The Estwing® solid steel tool is forged in one-piece and has an attractive blue UV coating. This tool is ideal for splitting logs along its grain. The shock reduction, vinyl grip provides comfort and the handle length and weight of the tool provides leverage and power for easy wood splitting. You get two tools in one, a maul which then wedges out to a sharp axe.
