Most orders are processed within 48 hours and are picked up by one of our carriers the following business day*. Delivery timeframes dependent on carrier transit times with rural and remote locations requiring additional time.

We may use each of the following shipping services to deliver your order. Note – your order delivery location and item type will determine the shipping service used.

* Processing times are best estimations and are not a guarantee. Large/Bulky items or dangerous/hazardous goods delivered by Day & Ross or those delivered to remote locations by Canadian North will require additional processing days.

SHIPPING SURCHARGES (charges in addition to the Shipping Rates shown in the table above):
1) Oversize surcharge (typically items over 36" long - e.g. most Firearms): $9.95 per item
2) Location surcharges (applies to all Air Stage or extended service areas as defined by Canada Post or UPS): $45.00 per order.
3) Overweight/Large/Bulky Items surcharge: Based on package size and/or weight additional freight fees may be applicable. Where checkout shows “Additional Freight Fee: Will Apply”, a Customer Service Representative will contact you with a freight quote for approval prior to shipping. 

4) Ammunition or dangerous/hazardous goods may require additional freight dependent on ship to location. A Customer Service Representative will contact you with a freight quote for approval if additional freight is required

AMMUNITION or DANGEROUS/HAZARDOUS GOODS: 
Live ammunition, powders, primers or dangerous/hazardous goods cannot ship by air or via Canada Post; these items will be shipped via GROUND courier service. A daytime phone number & physical (street) address is required (cannot ship to a PO Box, Rural Route or Land Location). Additional fees may apply.

PRODUCTS REGULATED by CANADIAN FIREARMS PROGRAM:
Processing time does not take into account any delays that may occur due to required Canadian Firearm Program PAL (Possession and Acquisition Licence) verification or obtainment of reference numbers.

U.S. ORDERS:
For delivery purposes you must be a U.S. citizen with either a Social Security Number or a Business Tax ID. Orders to the U.S. may be subject to duty, tax and brokerage fees to be paid by the recipient upon delivery - please check with your customs office to determine what these additional costs might be prior to placing an order. As well, additional shipping/freight charges may also apply that are not included in the item price(s) or in the shipping charges displayed in your order details on this website - these additional charges are the buyer's responsibility and will be added to your total order cost. Depending on the products purchased one of our Customer Service Representatives may contact you to request or provide further information. Purchases to the U.S. require a physical address – a PO Box number cannot be used.
