Season and cure up to 15 lb. of meat to create tasty jerky that's great for on-the-go hunters and anglers. These kits feature easy-to-follow recipes and step-by-step instructions; the only hard part is choosing which flavour you like best. Each kit includes three pre-measured packets for turning 5 lb. of meat into jerky. You can make three small batches (5 lb. each) or one large batch of 15 lb. This kit was designed and has instructions for brining both whole-muscle jerky and ground-meat jerky. Use with wild game, beef, pork, poultry or fish. Basic recipe and instructions included on the bag.
