Available Exclusively at Bass Pro Shops® and Cabela’s® Canada, the Savage® XP Bolt-Action Slug Shotgun in TrueTimber® Strata Combo with Scope comes ready to hunt, out of the box, with a factory-mounted and bore-sighted 3-9x40 scope. The combo provides hunters with a modern and superbly accurate slug gun, ideal for deer hunting in slug-only zones.

Redefine slug accuracy with the refreshed Savage 212. The bolt-action platform is built like a rifle, with features including the user-adjustable AccuTrigger system and a button-rifled, 22” barrel. It offers an oversized bolt handled and tough, rugged synthetic stock.

With a free-floated rifled barrel with 1:24” rate of twist, coupled with the Savage AccuTrigger, the 212 XP enables shooters to obtain exceptional accuracy. The rugged black synthetic stock is weather-resistant, matching a matte black finished steel barrel and receiver. Sling swivel studs and a thick rubber recoil pad are standard. A two-shot detachable magazine allows you to get off a second and third shot off quickly, with loading and unloading a breeze. The AccuTrigger is user-adjustable for weight-of-pull, to obtain a light and crisp release with no creep. A lever mounted within the trigger body blocks the sear, until the trigger is intentionally pressed in the centre. This virtually minimizes the risk of accidental discharge, and a three-position ambidextrous tang safety is easily reachable by thumb.
