At just over 4 inches tall, the weight-saving Coast EAL10R Rechargeable Lantern delivers versatile lighting in a packable format about half the height of a traditional lantern. Press and hold the power switch for red anti-glare options that are ideal for reading at night or to make an emergency signal. Carry the EAL10R by the foldable handle for typical lantern situations. Or, for overhead light, remove the polycarbonate diffuser to reveal the ultra-bright LED globe inside and hang the lantern upside-down from the integrated carabiner. You can also mount this versatile lantern to a tripod using the threaded hole in the base. COAST Rechargeable Plus technology powers the lantern on the included ZITHION-X™ ZX820 rechargeable battery.
