Robust and solid yet lightweight, the fiberglass stock features carbon fibre reinforcements around the receiver and recoil lug. The 360 Fibreglass Mesh provides firmness, and the adjustable cheekpiece guarantees ideal ergonomics. An overall texturized coating provides a firm yet comfortable grip, and the pistol grip / forend are covered in a special rubberized surface. The match-grade cold hammer-forged barrel offers out-of-the-box accuracy. Tungsten Cerakote on the stainless steel barreled action offers protection from the elements and resistance from mechanical wear. The Picatinny receiver includes a machined-in Picatinny interface for flexible optics mounting and accuracy. State-of-the-art Sako firing mechanisms create increased accuracy through world-leading lock time, with a clean and crisp adjustable trigger operation. Choose from up to five different weight-of-pull settings – no disassembly required. The trigger blade position is also adjustable. One of the most reliable and field-tested bolts, the Sako bolt ensures maximum safety and robust push-feed operation. All Sako 90 rifles have a three-locking-lug design, and the locking lug surface area has been optimized to ensure maximum lug surface area for all calibres.
