To sign-up for our catalogue mailings please use the form below to be added to the mailing list. When catalogues are in-stock, requests for catalogues are typically fulfilled within 10-15 business days.  Should the catalogue be unavailable in printed form, they are usually available in electronic format via a link on the site.

Note: if you receive an error message about an "invalid postal code" after entering your information in this catalogue request form, please note that our website verifies mailing addresses against the Canada Post database. Omitting small details like a period that may be part of a city name can cause the website to reject your information.
