A unique folding knife offering CRKT Kit Carson Series knife features requested by military procurement specialists. The deep-bellied spear-point blade was specified because it offers maximum strength and the open build allows two Carson Flippers to be incorporated, resulting in a true hilt – a rare feature in folding knives. This model features a stainless steel InterFrame build with desert tan G10 scales. Many operators prefer G10 because of its aggressive texture, light weight and insulating properties in hot and cold conditions. Blade is 8Cr14MoV stainless steel with Veff™ serrations and a deset tan, nonreflective titanium-nitride coating for maximum corrosion resistance. One-hand opening is slick and smooth with dual checkered thumb studs. CRKT’s exclusive AutoLAWKS™ automatic safety turns the folding knife into a virtual fixed blade automatically.
