WHY CHOOSE A BRADLEY SMOKER
A Bradley® smoker makes it easy to create a manageable clean-burning smoke. Bradley features a line of proprietary bisquettes in a variety of flavours, available at Cabela's. During the smoking process, a bisquette is burned for exactly 20 minutes before it is pushed into a pail of water in the smoker cabinet to be extinguished as the next bisquette advances. The unique size, shape and density of a Bradley bisquette allows it to create an easily replicated even smoke. Without this system, smoke can become bitter and transfer that taste to food if it is not burning hot enough.
